alarm system install
« on: August 16, 2002, 09:50:33 PM »

I have installed a Chatterbox HJC2002 alarm on my 96 f3, but have not figured out how to connect the module into the turn signals.  Does anyone out there know which wires are the hot wires that control left/right signals?

Thanks

I could tell you on the F4 but not sure on the F3. Just use a 12V circuit light and start checking the wiring running to the turn signals. Why does the alarm have anything to do with the turn signal though?

the best way is to trace the wires back for the rear turn signals there are only two !!

If your feeling brave why not hook it up to your horn to !!
